Nene Valley walk (Northants). Meet at Parish Church in centre of village of Aldewincle (TL 005 818) at 10:15 am
OR
at Comberton Village College car park at 09.30am (sharp). Circular walk including villages of Thorpe Waterville, Achurch, Pilton, and Wadenhoe. 6 miles.

There are several good local pubs for lunch

Hildersham, Linton Water Meadows, Linton and the

Roman Road (Explorer OS map 209).

Start near the Pear Tree pub in Hildersham.

The walk is six miles in length. Lunch is available 12-2 at the Pear Tree.  Please inform Brian or Janet by

Sunday 31st October if you would like to book lunch at the pub.

Meet at The Old Ferry Boat Inn Holywell  (TL342706).

Walk near River Ouse to town of St Ives then back along green lane. Lunch is  a carvery at The Old Ferry Boat.

Circular walk in the grounds of Wimple Hall:

About 4.5 miles. Meet at the Wimpole Hall car park. Park restaurant for lunch, but would need booking in advance.
