Fen Drayton and Swavesey. Park on road in Fen Drayton past the Three Tuns public house near the playing fields and ford (TL336684). Walk is about 5 miles, going to Swavesey then back past the gravel pits. Good bird watching area, so bring your binoculars!

The Mordens and Abbington Piggots. Park in either of car parks at
recreation ground in centre of Steeple Morden (TL286427) at 10:30. Walk is
about 8 miles, going via Guilden Morden (with llama farm) to Abbington Piggots, with opportunity for lunch at the "Pig and Abbot" pub, and/or a visit to the interesting church. The route back goes via Down Hall, with historic gateway and old mill, back to Steeple Morden. Walking is for the most part on good paths and tracks over varied countryside (although one short section was a bit overgrown).

Harlton and Barrington. Park at car park on green opposite the church in Barrington (TL396498). Walk is about 5 miles, going past the quarry to Barrington Hill, along the ridge and down through the clunch pit nature reserve to Harlton, through the village and back towards Barrington along a green lane.

Barton and Grantchester. Park in the lay by on A603 just north of the garage and almost opposite White Horse public house (TL413554). Walk is about 5 miles, going through open countryside over the M11 to Grantchester (sorry, no Jeffrey Archer!) and back towards Cantelupe farm before taking permissive paths back to Barton to finish near the garage.

Grafham Water. Longer walk starting at the Wheatsheaf public house at West Perry (TL148669), either going round Grafham Water, or towards Great Staughton, depending on conditions. Contact leader for details and to arrange car sharing.

Boxworth and Childerley. Park at or near the Golden Ball public house in Boxworth (TL345641). Walk is about 5 miles via Battle Gate to Childerley Hall, and back via Lolworth.

Christmas Walk at Wimpole. Meet in car park at Wimpole Hall (TL336510) for mulled wine and mince pies, before striking out towards the folly for a morning walk.
